What Happens During a Session?

During a Horse Powered Insight® session, you may engage in mindful horse grooming practises, leading a horse around obstacles, problem-solving using non-verbal communication skills, and reflecting on insights gained from the experience.
How Does this Work?
Horses have an innate ability to reflect human energy and emotion, giving Lara immediate insight into your motivations and perspective. Working with a horse to monitor your reactions, Lara is able to effectively and efficiently help you problem-solve, create plans of action, and navigate long-standing barriers to success.
Do I Need Horse Experience?
You do not need any experience with horses to gain from this unique and powerful experience. If you are nervous or fearful of horses, that is totally fine. This can be a very gentle and approachable process, and fearfulness will not impede your ability to make the most of Horse Powered Insight®.

Shore Hall Manor House and Gardens
Lara Holliday leads Horse Powered Insight® experiences at Shore Hall Manor House, a 16th-century property nestled into 22 acres of bucolic English countryside. Easily accessible to London and major airports, the luxury of the manor’s accommodations and the tranquility of its gardens, orchards, and wood creates the perfect environment for reflection, connection, and growth. Clients are welcome to stay overnight to extend their experience by immersing themselves in the peace and tranquility of this extraordinary venue.
